3.4 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your fb67 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any outstanding balance will be returned to your registered payment method subject to completion of KYC verification. fb67 reserves the right to close accounts for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or at its discretion following a reasonable notice period.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and KYC compliance. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

4.4 No Third-Party Payments

You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. fb67 strictly prohibits deposits from third-party accounts. Any funds received from a payment method not matching the account holder's verified identity will be returned, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on fb67 are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, market, or game type. fb67 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed or accepted in error, where a technical fault has affected odds or game outcomes, or where the integrity of a market or game is in doubt.

5.2 Cricket & Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, football, kabaddi, and other events — are governed by fb67's published sports rules applicable at the time of betting. In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and connection reliability. fb67 is not liable for bets not accepted due to connectivity issues on the player's side.

5.3 Live Casino & Slots

Live casino games provided through Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play Live, and other studio partners are governed by the specific rules of each game as presented within the game interface. Slot games provided by Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and other suppliers operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. 5.4 Void Bets

fb67 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, system malfunctions, event cancellation, match abandonment, or where bet acceptance was in breach of these Terms. Void bets result in the return of the original stake to the player's account balance.

6. Bonuses & Promotions
